CHAIT Owner Lounge Policy

Purpose of the Owner Lounge

The Owner Lounge is a Share Card-based community for referencing service and care costs by model, region, and type of work. It is not an advertising board, secondhand marketplace, or confirmed-quote service.

What you may post

• First-hand vehicle-care records and fact-based reviews
• Descriptions that help others understand the vehicle, work, and cost
• Receipts or supporting materials with personal information obscured
• Comments that respect the safety and rights of other users

Restricted content

• Sales, purchases, hiring, recruitment, promotion, product trials, or repetitive advertising
• Phone numbers, KakaoTalk IDs, social media accounts, bank account numbers, outside links, or other attempts to move users to direct contact
• Another person’s face, license plate, address, or receipt information disclosed without consent
• False prices, altered receipts, or unverified claims intended to disparage a business
• Abuse, hate, threats, spam, recommendation manipulation, or manipulation through multiple accounts
• Materials that infringe copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other rights

Receipt attachment label

• A receipt attachment means the user included a supporting photo.
• Unless it has undergone separate verification such as OCR or repair-shop confirmation, it is not presented in a way that suggests certification.
• Before posting, the user must obscure personal information on a receipt, including license plates, addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, and authorization numbers.

Reports and moderation

• After reviewing a report and its context, CHAIT may hide or limit content, request edits, delete content, or restrict use.
• Clear exposure of personal information or infringement of rights may be hidden proactively.
• A post is not deleted merely because opinions differ.
• Deleted posts may be retained to the extent required by law or needed for disputes or abuse prevention.
