Core principles
This Privacy Policy takes effect on 2026.09.26.
As a rule, CHAIT does not automatically sync your complete personal vehicle-management history to CHAIT servers. Server processing is used only where connected services require it, including sign-in, Owner Lounge, reports, security, operational diagnostics and minimal usage statistics, and external information lookups.
The app and service are operated as CHAIT. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information can be sent to chaithelp@gmail.com.
Advertising and consent controls
CHAIT uses the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK to provide ads to free users. CHAIT does not request or display ads for PLUS users.
For ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process or share with Google an IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app and ad interactions such as launches, taps, ads, and video views, diagnostics such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy use, and device or app identifiers permitted by the operating system, user settings, and consent choices.
CHAIT does not directly add vehicle details, service records, photos, search terms, email addresses, or custom targeting information to ad requests. On iOS, CHAIT currently does not request ATT permission or access IDFA.
In regions where consent is required, including the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, CHAIT provides required notices and choices through Google’s certified User Messaging Platform (UMP) and initializes the advertising SDK only when ad requests are permitted. CHAIT requests only non-personalized ads; depending on your choices and applicable law, non-personalized or limited ads may be served, or no ads may be served.
In regions where consent is not required, the European regulations message may not appear, and applicable local law and device or account advertising settings apply. When available, you can review or change consent choices through the privacy options in the app’s privacy settings.
For more information about Google’s advertising data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google advertising policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
